Unblock Lot 4. Pressure test photos → GLC resumes → heat pump install (confirm procurement + HVAC sub availability in parallel).
This week
Lot 8 permit decision — the critical path. Permit by Jul 16 → drill on time, Aug 15 holds. Permit Fri Jul 17 → drill Jul 21, 5-day slip, escalate to Ashford. Crew held off Lot 8 until permit is in hand; site pre-staged to drill same day it clears.

Sequence the handoffs. Lot 7 drilling → GLC → HVAC with no idle crew days; Lot 8 follows the same chain compressed.
